Ingredients for chicken marinade

• Chicken breasts- 500 grams
• Turmeric – ½ teaspoon
• Cumin powder- 2 teaspoon
• Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
• Soya sauce- 1 tablespoon
• Fish sauce (optional) – 1 tablespoon
• Oil- 1 tablespoon
• Crushed garlic- 1 tablespoon
• Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
• Red chili powder to taste
• Salt to taste
• Wooden skewers

Ingredients for Yogurt dip

• Hung yogurt (curd)- 1 cup
• Finely Chopped onion- 1 large
• Finely chopped cucumber- 1 medium
• Finely chopped garlic- 4 to 5 cloves
• Finely chopped green chilies to taste
• Red chili powder to taste
• Lemon juice to taste
• Salt to taste

How to make Chicken satay recipe with sour cream dip

• Let’s prepare the chicken marinade first, mix all the ingredients mentioned under the heading of Ingredients For chicken marinade except chicken breast.
• Cut the chicken breast into flat strips and add to marinade. Keep aside for at least 2 hours. Increasing the marinating time will enhance the taste so try to keep it for long.
• After 2 hours Skew the marinated chicken on bamboo skewers and cook it on char coal or electrical grill or in grill pan add oil on the top of the chicken pieces to get nice and crispy taste. Let it cook for some time till the chicken get cooked and get even colors.
• To make yogurt dip, use hung curd. Mix hung curd and all other ingredients mentioned under the heading of Ingredients for Yogurt dip, you can also add chopped mint leaves to add some extra flavor to the dip.
