Turmeric Smoothie recipe ingredients

  • Unsweetened plain coconut milk- 2 cups
  • Turmeric powder  1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil– 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Mangoes- 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder- ½ teaspoon
  • Honey to taste

How to make Turmeric Smoothie

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender to get smooth mix.
  • Serve chilled in tall glasses.
  • You can garnish your turmeric smoothie with roasted cashew nut or walnuts also.

You can use your regular milk to make healthy Turmeric Smoothie if do not have coconut milk. Coconut oil is also optional to use. Canned or frozen mangoes can be used to make Turmeric Smoothie. You can also use pineapple and banana  to make Turmeric smoothie.
